Environmental
ECI's environmental specialists perform Phase I environmental site assessments (ESAs), Phase II ESAs, Phase III remediation, and site investigations. Phase II and III ESAs involve groundwater, surface water and soil investigations and monitoring, remedial investigations and monitoring, underground storage tank (UST) investigations and removals, and site closure plan development. ECI personnel have also performed asbestos and lead-based paint surveys and manage asbestos removal projects.
Our environmental staff has identified and solved environmental issues on properties ranging from large-scale industrial redevelopment projects to residential and commercial property transactions.
Geotechnical
Our expert geotechnical staff is committed to fulfilling each client's design needs in a timely, economical and responsible manner, while providing optimal solutions for any number of unique geotechnical challenges. Construction
ECI's construction materials testing and inspection staff provides clients with quantifiable results on the durability, strength, and characteristics of materials used to build many structural elements. Our Staff tests construction materials, observes materials placement, and performs evaluations of existing materials.
