Earth Consulting Incorporated (ECI) provides environmental, geotechnical engineering, geotechnical construction monitoring, geological, environmental and materials testing and special inspection services.  Since 1975, ECI has completed over 20,000 projects throughout Washington, Oregon, Northern California, Idaho, Montana, and Alaska.  Our clients have ranged from single families to large-scale residential developers, commercial/retail developers, and municipalities.

The key to our success is our team of dedicated employees.  ECI's staff is comprised of registered geotechnical engineers, licensed engineering geologists and hydrogeologists, environmental scientists, International Code Council and skilled field personnel, and an administrative support team.  These individuals integrate their expertise to best meet the needs of our clients.  Our staff is supported with appropriate financial and technical resources, including an in-house soils and certified materials testing laboratory located in Bellevue, Washington.
